Product Characteristic:

Our  Wooden Doors are processed out by many kinds of producing method. The main material is Chinese Fir which must be adopted to reasonable reunite way after degreased and dried, so that the doors keep the settled figures, without distortion and split.
We have many types of design styles, you can choose many kinds of woods and veneers with different specifications. We can also do the OEM for the special customers. It is the best choice for you to take our door  for the modern family decorating.

Main Specification: 
1.       Leaf Door Size: Thickness of 35mm or 40mm, Width of 650-900mm, Height1850-2200mm.
2.       Paint: With 5 layers of PU Paint:  3-layer of Priming Paint and 2-layer of Facing Paint.
3       Packing: Export Standard package and Packing.
4.       Glass: most of glass is normal glass of 5 mm Thickness.

Processing Method:
A.  The door center panel is MDF of 15/18/20mm thickness with wrapped real wood veneer of 0.35mm thickness by hot pressure.
      The door main margin board is Chinese Fir laminated with HDF of 3mm thickness which be wrapped real wood veneer of 0.35 mm thickness by hot pressure.

B.  The door center panel and main margin are Chinese Fir laminated with two layers of Deco-plywood of 2.5mm thickness.
      The door center profile is wrapped with real wood veneer of 0.35mm thickness.

Veneer species:  
1. Cheaper veneer: Sapele, Ash, Beech, Birch, all of the EP veneer, such as EP Black Walnut, EP Teak,   etc.
2. Expensive veneer:  American Red Oak, American Cherry, Canadan Maple, Black Walnut, etc.

Door Frame:  adjustable door frame, one pc of main board, two pcs of lateral board, any size available.  Chinese Fir wrapped with veneer.
